I'd be curious to check it out in HFR, but maybe as a second viewing. I really didn't care for The Hobbit's 48 fos HFR, so I can't imagine what 120 would be like, but who knows if there'd ever be another opportunity again.

Technology-wise, yes. However use in theaters still hasn't changed much as its barely been utilized since The Hobbit trilogy, and Ang Lee and James Cameron are the only two still really pushing it, even Jackson didn't bother to use it for Mortal Engines and TSNGO. Maybe if we got Avatar 2 already or it was coming sooner then more theaters would've taken advantage of it and potentially could've been the next 3D.

Although the details may differ, “Gemini Man” and Netflix’s new Martin Scorsese film “The Irishman” both point to a new cinematic world, where stars like Smith, Robert De Niro and Al Pacino can play themselves at any age — or perhaps be otherwise transformed — without relying on younger counterparts or resorting to heavy and unconvincing layers of makeup.

We’ll talk to Lee and Smith about what it was like working with these effects, and how else they could change the way movies get made. We’ll also ask about the future of the industry, Lee’s other experiments with cutting-edge technology and Smith’s startup investments through Dreamers Fund, which he created with Japanese athlete Keisuke Honda.

Just saw Ang Lee’s #GeminiMan and it’s legit. Old Will Smith vs young Will Smith equals a visually visceral experience that’s absolutely wild to watch at times. Again, Ang Lee delivers bold, unique action that’s on par w/ the best. See it in 3D, for sure.

It would be genuinely surprising if this turned out to be good. But, as I said in the TF thread, Paramount has been terrible at cutting together trailers as of late. So it's definitely not indicative of how the final product turns out.
