Received my copy a couple days ago. This seemed to take a little longer than most Zavvi shipments to arrive. Hopefully others in the US will start to receive theirs, for those that are still waiting.

Well for me I would say this is the fastest I have received a steelbook from Zavvi. I picked standard shipping. Kinda shocked.

Ordered last week and got it yesterday, heres the pics if anybody was wondering what it looked like sealed. Wish it didnt have the region logo on there so it would fit in with the other Mondo Steels, but still looks nice.

In Zavvi's dispatch email, they said I would receive this on February 1 or 2.

It arrived today.

I am both happy and a little bit frightened. (It's a beautiful steelbook, by the way!)

Yeah this is a first for me ever. Usually it takes a minimum of two solid weeks atleast. As I said I was shocked.

I figured it would at some point. Now to decide if I want to double dip to stay up with my Mondo X collection or just stick with the original Zavvi steelbook. Decisions decisions.

Still waiting on my steelbook. Contacted Zavvi and they are refunding the payment and investigating ,seeing as it's at the 30 day mark.

I'm in the exactly the same situation as you. I was wondering if anyone can help me out here.

I pre-ordered previously and mine arrived with some damage on it. So I contacted them for a replacement and sent the damaged one back.

The replacement was sent out on 31st January and there is still no sign. I live in the UK and a Zavvi order has never taken this long to get to me ever, it's usually within 3-5 days of despatch I receive mine.

I don't understand where it's gone, I've never had something 'lost' in the post. I mean I know it happens.

Now I can't get one cause it's out of stock and there's one just floating around out there somewhere that could be mine (or someone else whose missed out for that matter). They didn't say to me they'd investigate.

They stated " I will investigate this with out courier provider but in the meantime I am more than happy to arrange a refund for you". Since then there's been no update on the investigation, only concluded the latter and mentioned if you need further help contact customer service. Sounds very standard.
