This panel doesn't look right either. Looks very suggestive, but not in a good way. Kind of in a #MeToo way. Poor Velma

Velma and Daphne really hit it off after that live action Daphne & Velma movie last year, eh?

Well Velma’s secret feelings for Daphne have been a part of fandom rumors for decades.

EDIT: Well, according to Zombie Island, the feeling might be mutual.

Yup! I don't get the link between "limited edition animated set" and "everyone who collects animated blurays wants POP figures".

Hate those dumb things and don't want it. lol I got stuck with Batman TAS figure...will wait this time for a standard announcement. Hopefully digitals too...

I think this is still gouging. On DVD you can get a set of 1&2 together, plus the separate 3 on Best Buy for a total of $45.

Anyone care to link the pre-order in the OP?

It’s dropped down to #4 now, apparently price drops don’t increase sales

Feels like a Warner Legal decision. They're known for boneheaded stuff like this.

Maybe IDK, because one would prefer BluRay over DVD.

Yes in standard DVD cases, you can. This is a deluxe limited edition release, of course it'll be more expensive? It's like we're still in 2008 and people are shocked that Blu-ray costs more than DVD. Wait for the standard release if you wanna save $10 or $20 bucks.

Plus he's comparing the price to DVD's that have been on the market for years and have had time to drop in price. His entire post is completely laughable.

I love the packaging and I've got a nice little place to display it, so I officially preordered this one. So happy to finally have this on blu!

Does Best Buy adjust their preorder prices if they drop? Or will they at least price match Amazon on release day?

You’re right, got a reply and they were of no help. They just said:

Hi,

Thank you for your recent inquiry with us. Please, the picture attached of what the packaging will look like...”

And he just attached a picture of the haunted house set. It was obviously some tech dude in India who probably couldn’t grasp the point of my question. So anyone know who would be best to email or message?

For a bluray upgrade, new special features, not even taking into account the new packaging and extras, price doesn’t seem too out of the ordinary.
