I used a $5 reward certificate when this was $34.99, do you think they will reimburse me some of the money back?

Check the order status to see how much they're charging to your card. If it's not adjusted, you should be able to get a CSR to do it.

Paid it full with Paypal cash, still says $34.99 and with the $5 certificate goes down to $32.46, no changes so far

It's also a ISPU if it changes the whole scenario.

The system won’t auto adjust the price to a lower unless it’s at that sale/lower price at the time of the item shipping or picking up in store. Since you mentioned in the following post you paypal, you should get a refund from paypal or bby.

My preorder went into Initiated status Friday afternoon and is still sitting in that status. Hunt for Red October was posted as Shipped at the same time and it’s out for delivery today. This happened back in December too with Lion King and Moana and they never arrived. Going to be ticked if I lose out on three in three months.

I wish I could check but I will be in surgery and won't make it out till after they open. Midnight is the only chance I have and I have to be up by 6AM lol to go to the hospital. Nothing serious or major, just a minor one.

I ordered my copy back in early December and my copy finally shipped out on Sunday. It says it'll be here by March 8th for some reason... but hopefully it gets here sooner

Yup... same message for me, delayed from today til tomorrow. And now I'm debating ordering one for in store pick up just in case this one comes damaged.

I got the same message for a game I ordered.

Not saying it will happen this time but I also got the same message last week with a game I ordered and then received a message the next day that it would arrive on time.
