4.5/5

Insanely awesome action, great one on fights, the Walker CGI was flawless, Iggy Azalea......

and that endng. What a beautiful shot to say goodbye.

Also got like NINE trailers, which was awesome.

To the series vets:

I do have the first FF on BD, and though I think it's decent enough, I can't slot it among my favourite leave-your-brain-at-home action flicks, thanks to some really corny stuff going on in between the chases and stunts... Having seen 2F2F already, I do not intend to revisit it anytime, and neither do I intend to watch Tokyo Drift and FF 4.However, seeing all the good reports for FF5, FF6 and now, FF7, I'm now planning to buy these three on BD.

My question is: Will skipping FF 2, 3 and 4 hamper the enjoyment of watching 5, 6, 7 (and the future installments)?

Thanks... So it looks like it's a matter of either getting the "Tyre" or skipping the franchise altogether...

I know it's way early to talk about Oscars, but I really hope that See You Again gets a nomination for Original Song. It's such an emotional song.

Had to sit and watch Fast and Furious 6 and 7 at work last night (as an usher), I felt like I have seen them but I didn't watch. Not seen any of the films before and they seemed cool, from what I could make out the scene from the trailer of Fast 7 with the armored bus was really good.

I haven't seen it yet, but he's signed on for 3 more films, so I'd say it was just a way to reintroduce his character and make his eventual transition into the team a little less jarring.

Don't skip 4. It has key character and relationship developments that are absolutely essential before going into 5. And they are, Dom & Brian, Brian & Mia, and more importantly, Dom & Letty.

Without seeing the lengths Dom goes to for Letty in 4, part 6 would be nonsensical.

4 isn't bad, not by a long shot, it's just that 5 really started to push it into high-octane action.

Another 4 star classic!

This series is quickly becoming The Expendables prequels.

I still haven't seen FF2 or FF3, and to be honest I'm not a fan of the original or the fourth entry. I own the fifth and sixth entries because I actually found those to be entertaining, and after seeing the seventh last night, I will own that one too.

You're going to miss the introduction of a lot of characters and relationships, and especially part 4 ties directly into Letty storyline in 6 & 7. Part 3 is also directly tied to part 7, but it would be more background info, and the end of 6 and 7 pretty much explain the parts you need to know.

But I would recommend watching all of them. I enjoy them all very much.
