Well, now, that's PvE scouts, I'm sure there are better PvP scouts...although I don't even know how you get 9 on that Salvation State, even with Smallbore I'm getting 11...

Because of the full auto perk? I'm curious as to your thoughts on why the Fang is a distant second. I actually prefer the Fang to the VoC for everything that isn't solar burn or Oracle shooting.

Hard Crota is nice and easy now, just three hits each time and he's dead after two swords. First time I killed him in a while...was feeling lucky trying to get the Crux, but just got another d*mn Word.

Pulling the trigger gets old, lol. Off the top of my head they have the same impact and ROF right? That should make the VOC a little faster with the full auto perk? The thing about fang is that arc is more useful and I tend to land more head shots, mostly because I treat the VOC like and AR and just spray everywhere. < dirty joke somewhere in there??

That's why I use the VoC less as well. I'm not disciplined enough to aim it like I do the Fang. I hold the trigger down and go crazy. After each encounter, I've used three times the bullets and amount of time to kill the same amount of enemies.

I have 3 scout rifles that I rotate. I still like the VOC for almost everything. The Fang of Urt comes out for arc burn. The MIDA is my go to for the iron banner.

Most definitely. For PvP, the MIDA class are considerred the best, or Ghelion's if you can consistently nail head shots. I use Ghelion's on open maps and love it.

I've been using that NL Shadow 701X in PVE, rolled it with increased stability, Firefly and Explosive rounds lol. Sure does light up the dark

If you happen to get it before then, I wouldn't be opposed to grabbing it from you and starting the VoG from there since no one in our group needs anything before the Templar.
