Seeing tweets that Tua suffered the same hip injury that ended Bo Jackson’s NFL career.
My guess is he’ll recover better than Bo. I think they botched the diagnosis with him. Hope he can get a nice NFL salary after this.

I have read that Tua has an insurance policy of up to about $10 million in case of a career ending injury, which most projected high draft picks purchase. Not sure how it works if it's only partially career ending, like seriously damaging his draft status.

I hate to say it, but unless his recovery is border-line miraculous he's probably going to plummet in the draft. I simply cannot see a team taking him first round now, probably second round at best.

I'd keep an eye on the Patriots. They're one team without many immediate draft needs who can afford to take a guy like Tua 2nd round with no expectation of playing him in 2020. Might be the perfect Brady successor.

LSU is Oklahoma. Good O but no D. UGA has no O. Great hire again by Kirby on the OC. Keep it up. CU and tOSU look to be best teams to me and will make fir a great game. Should be fun. Utah gets in out of PAC 12 and will be a tough out for everyone.

Why do I get this feeling if that final spot comes down to Utah and Bama, Bama will get it. If it's Oregon I think the committee will pick them over Bama because they have a history of playing in championship games. I know that sounds ridiculous but that's how I think this committee thinks sometimes.

My thought is Bama is done without Tua this year. AU beats them so it’s a moot point. If they do best AU it will be very close so that won’t help Bama. Also 2 SEC teams are not getting in if there is a 1 loss PAC12 and/or Big 12 champ. Unless of course CU craps the bed and loses to UofSC of ACC championship game or tOSU loses. I just don’t see those things happening. Possible but not probable.

Ryan Day channeling his inner Freddie Kitchens with that 4th down call. It's a really good thing Fields is OK; otherwise, there would be all kinds of hell to pay. Also, Chase Young is an absolute monster.

Day had me questioning him for the first time this year. His playcalling got too conservative in the second half. That's inexperience for sure. The team didn't help with 3 turnovers but we got it done and on to TTUN.
