Was it Willie Nelson that had a song about always on my mind? Or was it John Denver? I woke up and I'm in a country mood. Weird

Well, Willie Nelson wasn't the first to record the song by any stretch.
B.J. Thomas
Brenda Lee
Elvis Presley
John Wesley Ryles
Pet Shop Boys

Those above made them big hits, with Nelson getting a Grammy in the 80's for it.

Moving can be such an ordeal.
I just told My Love that I was grateful for her son helping me with the big stuff yesterday.
I should be able to finish up today with the much smaller things.
I’ve yet to book cleaners, but that’s no big deal at the moment.
We got a huge snowfall last night and I’m hoping the Highways Department can get all cleaned up before I leave. But there’s also a snow/freezing rain warning for where I’m going. That may make the end of the trip exciting!

Right on the women. I should have been thinking about women buying me expensive clothing

I can't wake up for some reason. I got plenty of sleep and have been downing the Mountain Dew all day but I still need a nap.

I got a free turkey from work last week which has been thawing in our fridge since, but I don't know what I'm going to do with it. I have to work and the girls won't be home next weekend, so I don't see myself roasting a turkey for just myself. I should probably make room in the freezer for it, or see if the Wife wants to take it to her sister's for their big dinner (I wasn't invited, nor would I go because quite frankly I don't get along with her sister or brothers).

Pretty cool they give you a turkey.

The caffeine in Mountain Dew doesn't work for me anymore. I need energy drinks or nothing, because I don't like coffee.

Noticing my most recent issue of Game Informer magazine that I just got in the mail. This is the first time, in a long time, that I have received my magazine that doesn’t have torn pages, ripped covers, etc. due to the mishandling (or manhandling) by the post office. Excellent........

Assuming you get them because you're a GameStop Pro member, you should be able to walk into your local Gamestop and pick one up no questions asked. My brother's a member and his are usually a mess when he receives them so this is what he does.

That's why I always hated magazine subscriptions. I'm too picky about condition, even with something as simple as a magazine.

Good to pull the band-aid off. Bad to be stuck doing it right now. Good to be setting up house. Bad to be worried about how much someone you love so much will be costing you. It often seems to me that part of the family court's job is to make parents have animosity toward their children. I have a female friend who is a lawyer, very hard working, gave her kids to her husband when they divorced because she knew they'd be better off. She was correct and kudos to her for being honest with everyone about it. When they hit her with child support, specifically a large amount, she said it started to make her resent her children. By the end of the first year she felt angry at them, as though it was their fault, because she had to move into a small apartment and could no longer afford payments on her condo. I think of that every single time someone gets divorced and, so, I hope the court gives you a support amount that is comfortable enough for you while providing for him so that you never have to feel what she felt. To this day, she is not close with either of them and they both ask for money every time they visit her, as though she is a walking ATM.... Courts.

Amen to that. I ask God for more time or less to do, not kidding, just more time or less to do, so I can catch up.

And I just took the Lord's name in vain reading that. How could you? I knew a guy who threw away a copy of Monkeybone on DVD. That film is awful but I rescued it from the garbage, with food on it mind you, cleaned it off, changed the case and set it proudly among the other Ms, because a film is a film.... I just can't believe you did that. Please tell me you were exaggerating for effect.

Haven't looked at the deals page yet so wondering what kind of deals we'll see for movies on Black Friday. Do like the $15 4K prices for some of the films listed above. Would probably go for Alita, John Wick 3 and Rocketman. Speaking of Rocketman, I liked the design of the Best Buy Steelbook.
