I will say I found a receipt in the envelope too, and they only charged me $36.99....so cheaper than what I thought. So that's one more good thing.

People screaming they were going to go to the BBB seemed a bit far fetched.

Sounds like everyone is getting their copies now. And the weekend of complaining was all for not.

Received my order from Family Video that I placed last Friday or Saturday. Never received a shipping confirmation, but it arrived in the mail today. Pretty awesome...and cheap! $19!

That's what I thought, but every time someone mentions buying a 5 disc case to fit the bonus disc in as well, they always question if it will fit the sleeve....unless they are talking about the art sleeve and not the o sleeve or slipcover. Thanks for the response.

Just got off the phone with CAV, this product is backordered as of Sept. 14 and will not ship until the 26th or later, also anyone who buys directly WILL receive a bonus disc as I had that confirmed.

So does this mean that some were in fact shipped without them and they will be shipped at a later date? Or was every package shipped before the 14th supposed to have a bonus disc?

I am not sure, but I know that anyone (even now) that orders directly from the CLM website gets a bonus disc.

Mine was shipped Monday (16th) and arrived today with the bonus disc. I think if anyone didn't get the bonus disc, it was just a mistake and if they ask, they'll get one.
