Doesn't seem to be a limited early bird price, but rather a lower price compared to the MSRP as it's often the case on Arrow webstore.

Haha supposedly there is, yes. Been waiting on it for a good while now though. Twelve days ago, the response I got from Arrow to this exact query was "Soon, keep checking back!"
