Yes. Easily will be the most talented team in school history. Including 2021 #1 draft pick.

Same was said about those USC teams that were great at times. The talent on those teams set them apart no matter who they played. Same with CU this year. They can’t recruit fir their opponents. The talent on this team is phenomenal which is coached up by a great staff. I like their chances of winning it all. Vegas agrees.

Not to mention CU would be undefeated with anyone’s schedule.

In sum, my final picks are...

Ohio St. over Clemson - I'll say Ohio St. narrowly. Toughest pick for me. It's always hard to pick against Dabo and Lawrence in any big game. Clemson has not played anyone significant, so they are especially difficult to analyze. My gut feeling is this Clemson team is not quite on par with last year's squad, and the opposition this year is better.
LSU over Oklahoma - I'll say LSU by two TD's. Oklahoma just isn't in the same league as the other teams in the field.

Ohio St. over LSU for the title in a hard fought game. That OSU defense is vastly better than LSU's. I think the best two teams already met in the semifinal.

Outside of that one game no opponent has come with two touchdowns of Clemson. But your point stands; they didn't play anyone significant all season. Makes it hard to tell how good they actually are. Of course, Clemson did play a weak regular season schedule in 2018 as well, and they blew out both playoff opponents.

Not surprised with final ranks. LSU did dominate Georgia. Although tOSU’s last 3 games should have kept them #1. Hard to beat a good team 2x which they did also. Should be some great games ahead. Go Bucks!

Looks like Jeff Scott will be named head coach at USF. Doesn’t sound like he is staying for the playoff either. Tony Elliott is the play caller but still a big loss going into the playoff.
