Yup I hate to say it Clemson will beat LSU. They don't have the defense to stop Clemson. They will make enough stops on Burrow to win the game.

I'm cheering for a small atomic bomb in New Orleans on Monday, 1/13.

Hard to believe LSU is a 4.5 point favorite in the title game. Seems people are reading today's results in all the wrong ways since previous projections pointed to LSU being a 3-4 point underdog against Clemson. Yes, LSU annihilated Oklahoma. Thing is that game was a massive mismatch to begin with.

For me, Clemson's victory (though slim) over what was a historically dominant Ohio St. team was still more impressive. LSU's season has been incredible, but I still believe the top-2 teams in the nation already played, with Clemson the victor. I'm tempted to throw down big on Clemson. Just not seeing LSU winning that matchup.

Game played out about like I thought it would other than Fields making some throws I didn’t think he could. CU D line is soft up the middle and can be ran on like I thought would happen. That said the better team won the game. Good game. I believe CU beats LSU. Their D can stop LSU more than LSU will stop CU. Looking forward to it.

No way you thought they would have been down 16-0 in the first. Dobbins dropped 2 TD's that would have made it 24 or 27-0.
Hats off to CU for making plays down the stretch to win tho. Great teams find a way to win but tOSU shot themselves in the foot alot last night from the Targeting call and the Roughing the kicker.

Bet the crowd ends up being about 60/40 LSU fans at most. Doubt there's a big home field advantage.

No disrespect to Joe Burrow, who is the #1 pick lock in 2020, but if Lawrence were eligible for this draft there would be little discussion. Lawrence would be the top pick over Burrow. He's just the better NFL prospect. The best QB prospect since at least Ansrew Luck, possibly Peyton Manning.

That being said, Burrow did show why he deserved the Heisman yesterday.

If the Dolphins were ever going to tank, next year would be the one. Keep cleaning house and stockpiling picks. I wouldn't mind one bit. Whatever it takes.

The Dolphins really need to ditch Fitzpatrick if they want to tank for real. That guys has too many flashes of brilliance for the Dolphins to win <4 games in a season. He blew their tank job this season.

That’s just crazy talk, Chad!
Burrow’s season was light years better than Lawrence’s. Not even close.
Lawrence is too tall for the NFL. Great 6’6” NFL QBs are nearly non-existent.
Joe Flacco is probably the best one, so far.
6’4” is the perfect height for Burrow. He’ll be much more agile for a longer period of time.
He completed nearly 80% of his passes this season. He has 55 TDs and 6 INTs.
That’s pretty much like a Drew Brees-type of talent but 4” taller.

I hope they both do well on the next level, but I’d take Burrow in a heartbeat over Lawrence 7 days a week.

Burrow’s accuracy on the move is what I find most impressive about him. Dude throws dimes while jumping out of bounds.
