I'm kind of glad we're starting to see LSU's typical offense because one of Clemson's strengths is excellent halftime adjustments. They are like a different team every second half. Please let that be true again tonight!

The main adjustment Clemson needs is to find someone who can actually cover Chase.
Terrell has zero chance of covering him. If he’s the best they have, they’re in trouble in the second half.

I've always had the worst time with close losses. Just the thought of one little thing making the difference. To almost win and know they could have won but it didn't work out. I'd rather just get completely outplayed and have to accept it.

Is that a crazy point of view? It's the close losses that haunt me, not the beat downs. It's the what-ifs that linger.

I don't think it's over, but I hope this game ends decisively. I wouldn't want it to come down to some sort of controversial play or call (or non-call) win or lose.

Now let's see what those halftime adjustments look like.

They should treat Targeting like unsportsmanlike penalties, 2 and you get ejected. I know safety is important but I hate to see kids get ejected for one mistake.
