the thing with that though is, take Batman for example, the covers are different. Sure I settled for the ShopTo one with Twoface, because they will ship to Canada, but I would have prefered the Joker one that is exclusive to Australia, that I cannot order.

Obviously I understand retailer exclusives, but they are still aggravating

Hopefully you are right though and Skyrim is available elsewhere

At the moment Amazon.fr has has limited Edition listed for Skyrim.
Not the pricy Collectors Edition.

No infos at the Moment if there is a SteelBook in it, but you could follow this edition.

PS: I would prefere the Catwoman SteelBook for Batman Arkham City

Unfortunately, even if this French limited edition has a steelbook, North Americans are still screwed since Amazon.fr doesn't ship videogames outside Europe either.

I noticed that Amazon.co.uk won't either. It's very strange that .UK and .FR won't, .COM is hit or miss and .DE will (i don't know about .IT or .CA)

With video games it's hit and miss. Sometimes they will ship games to the US and sometimes they won't. I've had both success and failure when ordering from them.

I've had the same experience with co.uk , when first starting out buying steels a lot of them couldn't be shipped to the U.S. for some reason only a couple sellers offered international shipping and that took weeding through all of the ones who didn't.

I know a lot of us are passing up the Joker variant of B:AC from Australia but I'm sure some serious collectors are finding a way to get it, and being one myself I need help from a member to get one if they can, I have friends in Australia that I will ask if things fall through on here.

I'm sorry by friend I mean Xbox live friend and while they are nice people there really isn't anything holding them accountable if they rip me off or something sketchy happens, at least on here someone can be called out for doing bad business and with paypal there is a chance to get my money back if need be while I would probably have to send him some form of payment because I do not know whether he has paypal or not.

You're welcome. If you go to the page the steelbooks or any picture are located on and right click the picture and select "View Picture" it will take you to a page with just that picture and then you can copy the link and put it in the little box icon that does the pic link thingy.

I totally agree, it's like they looked at the sales figures of these things and decided everywhere should release them, the steelbook company must be making some good money! /: I highly doubt I will be able to get all of these shop specifics and out of the country steels ugh. Shaky, do you know if the Rage steel is gonna be all platforms?
