So it's a 12A in the UK then? It must have some fairly intense moments to garner that rating. (Yuss, I knows it's a PG-13 over the water and that usually translates across as a 12, but you never know.)

The midichlorians were only introduced as a trail of bread crumbs to the truth that would be revealed to Anakin in Revenge of the Sith. Anakin was to learn he's living proof the Dark Side can cheat death and keep people from death. He was created by the Dark Side. Alas, Lucas decided not to pull that trigger. He just hnited at it, instead. It's a real shame, it would have gone a long, long way to rehabilitating The Phantom Menace, at least as far as the whole Midi thing is concerned. In the scene where Qui Gon learns Anakin's count is off the chart, Lucas cuts to a worried Shmi, and John Williams starts playing a Sith theme.

Default Millennium Falcon vs. TIE fighters on Jakku - edited together from available footage

This works amazingly well. There's one shot from the Star Tours ride that stands out with lower quality, but the flow of the shots, the music, and the sound effects make it happen. That's some Star Wars, right there.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens Falcon Vs Tie Fighters - YouTube
I don,t understand, is this a real scene from the movie or a fan made cut?

Edit: Misread the title. Pretty awesome for a fan cut. But I,m relieved that that Star Tours scene is not in the movie.

Okay, so we may have some big news on Snoke here, not just his appearance but his actual identity.

Basically, this Spanish magazine scan popped up recently, and there's a sketch of what they claim is Snoke:

[Show spoiler]

Now, the sketch itself it's safe to say isn't official, it's traced from this Darth Plagueis fanart. Where it gets interesting is, Collider say they have checked with three different sources that all say this is in fact what Snoke looks like. So while the sketch itself can be dismissed as fanart, depending on how reliable Colliders' sources are it's still possible it's a close approximation of what the character looks like. If that is true, it's pretty big because it means Snoke is a Muun, the same species as Darth Plagueis, which means these two characters are likely one and the same.

I have mixed feeling about this, if it does indeed turn out to be true. On one hand, I hoped for something "scarier", more monstrous and unique for the characters' look. On the other hand, it's a neat way to tie it all together - the PT, the OT and the ST - by bringing in Palpatine's old master who we were told learned how to cheat death (which would obviously explain how he's still around even after Palpatine killed him, or thought he did), could influence the midi-chlorians to create life (may he be Anakin's "father"?), etc. There's a lot of potential in that.

Anyone know how reliable Collider usually are with this stuff?

Oh, wow! How 'bout that? He does look a bit like that fan art, but also like the McQuarrie concept art I shared about a month ago. Except he's not blue. Now I definitely wouldn't be surprised if that's how his body type will look like.

As soon as I saw that, I thought it was Snoke. So, it could be. I mean, the Starkiller base looks like concept art for the Trade Federation ship a bit.
