Having a dilemma. I'm trying to save up, little by little, for a new big screen TV. However, I've been really wanting to get new car floor mats for my new-to-me car, an electric toothbrush and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. And with Doom Eternal coming out tomorrow, too. Damn. This is pretty tough.

Is it the Census Questionnaire or just the letter that's trying to get you to do it on-line?

If it's just the letter, and you don't want to do it on-line than ignore it, and you'll get the real

It’s the letter instructing me to use my ID code online.
They actually sent me a second letter as a reminder. If I don’t respond online, then they will send me a questionnaire in the mail instead.

I plan on responding online, but it is not due until April 1st.

Does the first number count as a "place" of pi? For example, is 3.14 pi to the 2nd place, or pi to the 3rd place?

the 'place' is the dot - so 3.14 is to the 2nd place (from the dot)

my upstairs neighbor is throwing a grand tantrum that I would dare! vacuum (hoover) at mid day on a Saturday!

thank goodness I have to get all those baseboards and moldings well vacuumed and for his benefit I'm happy to blare Korean rap - which I will attempt to rap n sing along -- gotta keep those airways open n stuff.

I'm a bastard

but dude comes home every night and from the sounds drags logging chains around and tosses a 57 Buick radiator around and finally passes out (literally, I believe) on the floor (K-clunk!) and I know about the shower - hell everyone in a cube from him knows. And let me tell you about his 5 am alarm clock that is extra extra loud - and it only takes him a 1/2 hour to wake up or his 'black hawk down' sounding fan...

The moral is be nice to your neighbors, especially if a sadist lives near you.
