So the English subtitle issue has been fixed on the Italian UHD release then?

Ya, it sucks when a title is “exclusive” to a streamer, but you have to give Apple Studios credit for funding this movie after Paramount balked at the budget, and for giving this a legitimate WIDE RELEASE in theatres. Most of these prestige films distributed by streamers only get the standard limited release just to qualify for awards.

I'm not an apple guy, like me some android.....but some of the content Apple TV has been putting out is awesome.

I was wondering what was going on with this movie and why it hasn't come out on disc yet... so Apple has some exclusive rights or something in the US? OK... so where is everyone importing the UHD from? Amazon Italy?

The Italian release is Region B Locked.
No good in the Americas.
Back cover says different (A,B&C) but believe me, I have a copy I can't play...

That was by mistake, the new 4Kult release is region free.

Got my copy of the 4Kult release from Orbit DVD and can confirm it is region free.

People started messaging them on facebook about the region lock and they announced a new 4Kult release which would be "fixed".

Unfortunately no replacement program for anyone who bought the region locked disc, so best anyone can do is ask Amazon for a refund/return for misleading packaging (it does show all regions on the back) and buy the new disc.

I received my 4Kult copy from fleabay in mid May 2024. Both the slip & back cover show two region codes: B and A/B/C. The Blu-ray is region B locked, The 4K is region free as usual.
