Man was USC's defense trash this year. If they had so much as a mediocre defense, they'd have been competing for a national title this season. Caleb Williams threw 5 TD's for 462 yards today and they still managed to lose to a Tulane team that wasn't exactly great. Earlier in the season, they lost to Utah despite Caleb throwing 5 TD's for 381 yards.

To the surprise of absolutely nobody. LSU probably could have hung 80 if they left their starters in. Seriously, why was an unranked 5-loss Purdue team playing a #17 ranked LSU team to begin with?

Because Purdue won the Big 10 West division.

I think it was because Ohio state and Michigan were both in the Playoff, then Penn state got the at large to go to the Rose Bowl. Penn state would have been the match up with LSU if the BIG didn't have 2 teams in the playoff.

TCU doesn't have the dudes to match up against Georgia. Only a couple of teams do. No matter the end result, was a great year for TCU.

Well this sucks and is also what I expected. Still a fun season for TCU. Tough to overcome a team with way more talent and an experienced QB that’s old enough to have 4 years in the NFL by now.
