Iowa vs Minnesota, Iowa trailed 12-10 late in the game. Iowa's Cooper DeJean took the punt return to the house and took the lead which most likely would have won the game for the Hawkeyes. However, the refs said that DeJean called for a fair catch and no TD for Iowa and the Hawks lost. In the video, he never raised his left arm above his head, bad call by the refs.

NCAA officiating needs a massive overhaul in their process. They make NFL officials look like all stars.

I guess Big 10 officials said that you can't wave your arms in any way on a punt return. DeJean said he was just trying to signal to his teammates to get out of the way. Iowa's offense sucked so bad in that game, 2 total yards of offense in the second half, they didn't deserve to win. Iowa is dead last in offense in all of college football, but the offensive coordinator gets to keep his job because his daddy is the head coach. Nepotism at it's worst

Well, my Iowa Hawkeyes won the Big 10 West title last week, now they face the winner of the Michigan vs. Ohio St game. I'll admit, the real Big 10 title game is when the Wolverines face the Buckeyes. Not sure who I would want to face in Indy next week. Either way, I have little hope my Hawks will win with whoever they face. Our offense is just flat out awful, at one point this season we were dead last in all of college football in offense, just shows how good our defense is putting us at 9-2 so far and we have had major season ending injuries to our top 4 best players. At least our interim AD is letting our offensive coordinator go after the season ends, who just happens to be the son of our head coach. It's been like a soap opera with this over the past few years. I'm hoping Iowa ends up in either the Cotton Bowl or Citrus Bowl.

But first, let's beat the Bug Eaters from Nebraska tomorrow on Black Friday!!
