Well i was mostly disappointed with the episode up until the last minutes. It was a surprising way to end the episode. Maybe I didn't expect much. Just glad I have something to look forward to next week with a new episode.

I thought the editing of the final 5 minutes was atrocious. They kiss. They're naked all of a sudden. They roll around and change positions every 15 seconds. Cut away and now dex is walking into his appt.

I wouldn't be surprised if Quinn is duplicating the murders or at the very least framed Zack.

Well he specifically asked Dexter to look for Zack's DNA at the crime scene so yeah, he could be the one trying to frame Zack...

Ugh. Just got spoiled on who the big bad is from an episode synopsis, and if it's correct, it will surely disappoint.

this season is one of the worst ive ever seen of a tv show..up there with season 5 of true blood.

its obvious they are winging it since last year was supposed to be the last.. you think deb originally shot dexter in season 7?

Found this article that apparently assumes who the Brain Surgeon is... I found it funny that they do bring up the recipe of Vogel's dinner, I was thinking the exact same thing while it happened... guess we will have to wait and see... one thing I noticed in the promos for next week is

That's what I was hoping for originally.

This season feels rushed, forced, and no sense of direction. At this point I feel like they are trying to hold on to make a movie or something.

Crazy how far this show has fallen since Season 4.

exactly. its all over the place.. first dr vogel is on to him..then the brain surgeon..then the punk teenage kid.. now Hannas back.. its just ridiculous and the dialogue is horrendous.

I've sat through worse seasons of stuff recently. Season 2 of Revenge and Season 6 of Lost come to mind. But this is really bad TV right now. If this was earlier in the show's run and I hadn't been so heavily invested already(literally since I own the first 7 seasons on Blu-ray), I would've abandoned it. Even Season 6 of Dexter was better. Sure, the DDK twist was obvious all along, but at least Edward James Olmos was still interesting while he was around and I also liked Mos Def's character. Aside from the first few episodes with Dr. Vogel, there's been nothing remotely good about Season 8.

The talk of Hannah and Dexter leaving and living happily ever after is making me pretty sure it's NOT going to happen. Something really messed up is going to happen in the end which I'm sure will result in Dexter dying (probably Hannah too).

I think the previews look incredibly average, and that's extremely disappointing given that they're the final three episodes of the series.
