I special ordered mine through an independent video store here in Ottawa, Canada the last week of August and it came in yesterday. I don't know what distributor he used but he said that it had been shipped the day before. No bonus disc of course.

The documentary was great. I didn't really care for the segments on Jason X and Freddy Vs. Jason, probably because those are my two least favorite entries in the franchise, but for some reason I really enjoyed the one on the remake. Which is weird because that's my third least favorite entry. One thing I would have loved is if they could have used some behind-the-scenes footage from the filming of these movies. That would have made it that much better.

Thanks for the info, I didnt know that you could track it via Canada Post once it has left the states, however it also says on there on route to Canada. Hopefully not too much longer !

yeah when its items sent USPS, you can usually always track them through canada post using the tracking number they give you. it'll usually even show the order was placed on the canada site before they reach it. but it of course wont track its progress through the US.

yeah i always track it (when possible) through the american site...so USPS, UPS and the like...and once those sites mention it leaving the country...i'll try the tracking number on the canadian sites and most of the time i see it there and can track its every movement til it reaches my house.

yeah....i kinda order a lot of stuff online from the states.

Sent an email off to DD and they answered my copy was shipped monday though they never sent me a confirmation,still,glad its on its way.

I just plan on removing the dvd's from the set, giving them away and placing the bonus disc there instead.

I already confirmed via an email I received that ANYONE who orders directly thru the website will receive a bonus disc.

So I finally got mine today and the damn case is broke on the spine and the spine of the cover has some damn rips! E-mailed them so I hope I can get a replacement case and cover but I doubt it.

People keep complaining that the bonus disc has no where to go. I say Yank one of the DVDs put your DVD Bonus Disc in its place. Honestly I'm never going to touch the standard DVD discs at all. I just put the other DVD flat on the back of case it actually sits there in the "circle" When you open it it wants to pop out but if you are careful nothing will happen to it.

It arrived in my mailbox just as I was getting home early from work. Just about had a panic attack when opening the envelope it was in, thinking the bonus disc wouldn't be there. Pulled the case out, didn't see the bonus disc. Stared straight in and there it was in a crumpled envelope at the bottom.

So, to repeat . . .

Preordered maybe two weeks before release day. Got it today

the bonus disc was not in the case but in its own slip on the outside. As others have said I immediately took one of the dvds out and put the bonus disc in its place. Cant wait to sit down and watch this
