Oh my. I put the BD in just to see the trailer. Shook the house!

Would've been cool if the first teaser was included, but holy moly that was awesome.

Picked up my copy today (preorderd at Best Buy), I was holding out hope they had restored the opening song, but at least the bad dub they did to it was cleaned up somewhat.
The lenticular packaging looks great though!

Aren't you getting "bigot" and "non-bigot" confused? Even as a white Southerner myself (with Vivien Leigh's GWTW Oscar as my avatar), I understand perfectly why Darth Iger is keeping SotS in the Vault (as I always joke per SNL, in the same corner as Walt's cryogenically-preserved head): The animated sequences with James Baskett are just fine; those (especially "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah") have been released in other forms for years. The problem is the live-action sequences, which as I understand are so pro-Confederate as to be offensive even to many white Southerners today. (Even GWTW still has redeeming qualities; the last time I watched it, it seemed to me Hattie McDaniel was the glue holding the O'Hara family together, even more than Scarlett herself.)

If SotS ever makes it out of the Vault, it will have to come with strong disclaimers similar to the ones WB uses with its cartoon releases (including IIRC every Looney Tunes Platinum Collection release) clearly rejecting its sentiment, but saying the film remains uncensored because censoring it would pretend that the prejudice never existed. (Even then, it seems WB is balking on the long-discussed Censored Eleven release.)

This was my first blind buy since the beginning of 2015 and I could not be happier. I absolutely loved this movie! Very impressed.

Wow, the Vudu HDX version of Aladdin looks great. I'm soo glad the blu-ray included it. Definitely prefer the blue castle logo and 1:66:1 aspect ratio. Kind of wish they did this with ToyStory and The Lion King.

The Genie 101 supplement was nice, as I'm sure the majority of kids today don't know who any of those characters are. Overall not a bad release, still miss the HD image galleries. Hell I'd even take the iPad app if they still did those.

Maybe I'm an idiot, but isn't this the opposite of bigotry?

Picked up the BBY Exclusive today. I had the regular version in hand and was browsing the horror section and what do I see....a copy of the exclusive hidden behind Texas Chainsaw Massacre (G1 size 40th anniversary edition). Whoever hid it there is going to be disappointed

Second, technically. The first one was a teaser.
But yes, this is the first full length trailer.
I actually prefer the teaser trailer overall. Was very good in getting me excited. When I saw the second one, I was just like... oh look 80 year old harrison ford is in it... cool?

If anyone wants to pay $60 for my BBY lenticular more power to them.

I've watched it and redeemed the VUDU. That's all I care about.
