Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think a mod has to do it. I don't think there is a way to do it on your own.

That's correct.

Just contact one of the mods in the pertinent subforum (in OP's case, Blu-ray Movies - North America) and ask them to change the thread title. I've had to do it many times in the Movies subforum.
