He doesn't respond, because it clearly says on the cartel page that the orders may take up to 14 days or more to ship. He probably gets 10+ inquiries per day about the shipping time. Your order was barely placed a week ago. Be patient. Through experience, you will get your order at the end of this month or early next month, so that is another 2-3 weeks. Nothing more to ask about it until the end of the month. My rule of thumb with Bill for a while now is, if it is past a month since placing my order, then I will inquire. I have never had to inquire about an order and have been ordering from him for a while now. Hope this ends your worries..

It appears it may be a different label, although it's hard to tell. They do appear to have an interview with Mark L. Lester though.

Maybe they meant Bloodrage/Never Pick Up a Stranger (1979)? I am aware it was mentioned in the Nightmare USA book and some people confuse it with the 1983 one when they make lists of the movies featured in the book.
