it's almost not worth using Atheon's Epilogue......that's how crappy it is in PvP.

I used a void sniper rifle and just hung back and picked people off.

then when the heavy dropped......I would go pick it up and take out as many people I could w/Corrective Measure.

used the MIDA Multi-Tool for anyone that goo too close.

I got it on my Titan. Wish it was on my Warlock instead.
But I have Word of Crota, a 365 Void Dry Rot, & Corrective Measure MG.

Frustratingly... my Hunter. At least both the Titan and The Warlock have void abilities, I had to have it drop on the class with none!

I also don't have a void shotty but I do have Word of Crota and Truth, so I guess I could try my luck with those.

If it makes you feel any better, all I had at my disposal at the time were a rocket launcher and fusion rifle on top of my Defender Titan.

I wouldn't call what is happening to the Thorn a "nerf". It's probably going to be about the same. If they wanted to really nerf it they should have lowered base damage as well.

Also, achievements are out. Assume they will be exactly the same for PS Trophies. Taken from Xboxachievements.com. Kind of lackluster and wish there was more creativity, but at least we're getting something.

I know I am late to the party but the Messenger is just magical. I don't have the Hopscotch Pilgrim so I can't compare but I am having a blast in the crucible with it. I need to fully upgrade it though so I can get the precision damage bonus.

Had a fantastic night in the iron banner last night. Got a couple good legendary guns, including the fulcrum and Spare Change .25, and 2 exotics from Xur. A VERY productive night!

Can anyone help me with the Thorn Void bollocks? As in, let me kill you over and over. I know it isn't the "right way" but Atheon's Epilogue and Word of Crota are both shit for PVP when everyone is using their awesome exotics. I just feel like I'm making one step forwards for every thirty steps backwards. I don't have a void shotty or fusion, so what am I meant to do, camp for entire matches for the next few weeks until I unlock this? This is so frustrating.

What character you using? Put a Void subclass on, use grenades and void supers when possible and you'll get there.

I have a Titan and a Warlock and a Hunter and it bloody drops on the Hunter. Can I transfer it to my Warlock?

Void shotty or an el cheapo void fusion. Void machine gun or rocket launcher (you have truth don't you?). If you have to camp, camp.

Fortunately I had the bounty on my Titan so I used the defender subclass. Used a void fusion and corrective measure. Was done in no time.

Play control and camp the spawn flag.... Kills from teammates if your close also count for you

Edit: or buy a special or heavy weapon and reroll till you get void.....

I camped and managed to get thirty points. Which is certainly progress but thirty points a game means this is gonna take FOR-EVER.

I'm up to almost three hundred now, my friend is letting me kill him over and over. Having more than one would be quicker but progress, woo!

I thought it would take me forever but once I got into s groove just sitting and sniping people, I was getting 80-90 points match.
