We don't see them kill Chew, but it's heavily implied. We do see him kill Tyrell and Bryant says they found Sebastian's body. All three of those worked on Nexus replicants and had a hand in their creation.

You’ve ignored the shuttle crew he slaughtered, and it’s a stretch to blame Chew and Sebastian who are independent contractors. Do you honestly think they deserved their fate?

Luv is driven to madness by the conflict between her “perfect” loyalty programming & her increasing desperation for Replicant-wide liberty. Her tears as she watches the newly made Replicant killed by her master really moved me, for one. She certainly does some awful things, I can’t deny that, but the how & why of how she’s compelled to do them are extremely sad, not evil.

Not all movies are about justice and happy endings where everyone gets what they deserve, hence noir. Different circumstances often give different interpretations of what is fair and just. You'd have to empathizing though. Not agree with or condone, just understand.

We didn't see what happened on the shuttle, just heard about it, so who can say?

These people are seriously out there. My mother burned all my sisters underwear when they were teenagers because she’s basically the mother from Carrie. Closer to the posted review, I have a work colleague who blames our site manager for the end of his marriage, based upon shift changes LOL.

I’d say what a great scene that was, but every minute of the movie was great. Best film this century so far.

I like Tenet, as a popcorn movie anyway. Nolan films are not really as "intelligent" as some fans make them out to be. Tenet is no exception. In fact, Tenet tries way too hard to make you feel dumb so it can come off as "smart" and "clever".

There lies one of my biggest issues with him, He complicates films, but the complication does not add depth. It's a bit like taking a standard sunset painting you might find a print of at walmart and cutting it up into a thousand jigsaw pieces. It now takes work for the person to put all the pieces together and see the complete picture, but once they have done so, the result feels unrewarding.
