Contact Universal??? Edit: In the meantime, I got response from Amazon and they tell me they are unable to offer me a replacement, as they are out of stock. They fully refund me the item and for my convenience I can keep the item, as the shipping cost to return to the UK would be too high. SO I think this was a good deal all in all (a blank Steel and 4 movies for free), although I cannot pimp my Steel with the magnetic Stickers.
