I didn't see the show last night, just the results, but it really sounded like they're trying to push some of the right people here and are really building a nice main event scene. If only they could find something productive for Daniels!

AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Pope, Mr. Anderson, Kurt Angle, Desmond Wolfe, Abyss, and Matt Morgan. It sounds like most of the matches in the tournament were clean finishes too, love that part the most.

Considering WWE has Wrestlemania coming up, I'm actually more intrigued by what TNA does on a weekly basis. Even if that means checking results to make sure guys like Val and the Nasty Boyz aren't going over the young talents. By moving to Monday night I may have to check out the show more, even though it conflicts with 24.

Overall, the show was really good by TNA standards. No ridiculous gimmick matches, and aside from the Nasty Boyz going over Team 3D, I agree with booking the matches the way they were. Foley, Angle, Wolfe, Hernandez don't lose any credibility by losing. Pope/Anderson/Morgan all benefit huge from winning their matches. Abyss doesn't really hurt or benefit from winning or losing because they need to give him some direction. Other than that though, nothing but good things to say. Joe/AJ was great, and worth watching. 8/10 overall.

I am just wondering how much longer before Hulk rips Bischoffs head off!!! Why they brought Bischoff back is beyond me.

He's good friends with Hogan, and a creative mind for the business.

Speaking of Hogan, and Flair....

It was announced at Tuesday night’s TNA iMPACT tapings that Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair would make their in-ring debuts for TNA on the live Monday night March 8th iMPACT!.

Hogan will be teaming with Abyss to take on the team of Flair and TNA World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles.

Ric Flair will be returning to action on national television almost 2 years after his big sendoff at WrestleMania 24, which coincidentally also took place from Orlando, Florida.

They better have a sub-headlining match in mind when that one goes extremely south. Wonder if we'll get 20 minutes worth of wrestling for the upcoming Monday night episode.

We will most likely get...
[Show spoiler]Beer Money V Morgan/Hernandez for the tag titles
Mr. Anderson V Kurt Angle
Daffney V Tara for the Women's title
Return of Sting and Jeff Hardy

Come on... it's just a match announcement, not the results of a match.

I'm sure they can squeeze in another three bouts of AJ/Angle on that show too. Best of 5 series?

Am I the only one that is totally turned off by the fact that Hogan/Flair are gonna wrestle on LIVE television? It's not like when they screw up they can fix it with an edit or a retape. Flair I think might be able to at least not embarass himself, but Hogan even said the Austrailian tour made him realize that he is to old to do this anymore. They don't need those 2 to wrestle to get ratings. They could book Aj/Joe as a main even and give them 12-15 minutes and they would do just fine. Or Aj/Anderson vs Joe/Pope with the same scenario.. Please let them not drop the ball this time. No gimmicks, just straight up wrestling. That will get you ratings.

Canada Spoiler tags out the window?

Exactly.

People give flack to WWE for attempting Bret/Vince, at least I'm intrigued by THAT match. I have zero interest in seeing
[Show spoiler]Flair, Hogan, or Abyss
.

I'm not 100% opposed to it. I just question why now? Why Abyss?

Not really! You can't say, this won't being in ratings! Flair hasn't wrestled on US soil since WrestleMania XIV and Hogan hasn't wrestled on US soil since Memphis wrestling in 2007! But, if I had to pick, I would rather go with Styles V Abyss non-title or Styles V Joe AAO rematch!

Besides, you really thing these two will wrestle?

The show from last night sounded absolutely ridiculous.

- 6 Pac & Scott Hall still on TV
- Angle making Daniels tap in less than a minute into their match
- OJ over Joe clean
- Joe getting abducted

F*ckin' amateurs. I'm still more intrigued by TNA than WWE right now.

I agree that it was a pretty good show, but why in the hell is Orlando Jordan going over Samoa Joe clean? Joe has been out of the main picture to long to lose as a means of putting someone over. It is like beating Matt Hardy in WWE. Yes he is a veteren and former champ, but he doesn't win much anymore. Same scenario with Joe. Since MEM left seems like he has been in no mans land. They need a good program for him to be in for a few months to build him up again.
Other than that though, it really was a good show. No Nasty Boyz=win in my book..lol..
