ICO
Spiked Club – Acquire Spiked Club
Shining Sword – Acquire Shining Sword
These two aren't hard, but secrets that are easily missed.
Castle Guide – Beat the game within 2 hours
ICO's pretty short, especially if you re-play knowing what you're doing but this still seems tight! Once you've beaten the game once you unlock two player mode where player 2 controls Yorda. If you've got a second player helping Yorda avoid shadows, it could make this a lot easier.
Unscathed Escape – Clear the game without viewing a game over screen
Tricky if you don't cheat, but I'm sure you can just reload your last save.
SOTC
Climber – Reached the top of the shrine
You need a well-expanded stamina meter and plenty of practise jump-climbing for this. There was a glitch in the NTSC version of the game that allowed you to jump diagonally and avoid depleting stamina but this was fixed in the PAL version which I'm sure, like ICO, this HD version is based on.
Cornucopia – Acquired all fruits in the world
Tower of Prayer – Save at all save points
It's a big world so you'll need plenty of patience, paper or someone else's guide to mark down the grid reference of the trees and save points you've found. At least now in HD it'll be easier to spot each fruit through the tree branches.
Endangered Lizards – Killed all shining lizards
Again, it's a big world but lizards are tricky little buggers and often hard to spot at awkward angles, even if you know where they're supposed to be. The HD resolution should help with this too.
Meticulous Collector – Acquire all items available in hard time attack
You need to have beaten each Colossus a few times to remember the stab spots (no time for pointing the sword beam!) and quickest way around their bodies.

Slippery Ride – Hang onto the fish for over 30 seconds
This one's probably not tough, just something I don't remember ever doing! It must be in that pool down the big hole where you fight one of the colossi that throws you about on its back.
