I'm not sue which version you have mate. But there's info for the HK release here and here. Along with the TW release.

I recieved these Steelbook protective sleeves a few days ago, they are very good. Look great, easy to take in and out of, fit perfectly and protect your steels very well.

They are available on eBay guys. I buy 100 of them each month for regular BDs. BDs with slipcovers fit fine into them too. I get them from a seller called steelbook-central if that helps.
