just checked and they are ranked 10th, ahead of the 12th ranked gators, interesting

Oh, and the Orphanage on the new gear is downright macabre - I have never heard such active surrounds in a horror film, and I'm downright giddy to set-up Aramis' suggestion on opening up my soundstage my moving my two black rears to the edges of the room...it'll be amazing!

oh wow... i didnt even see that the new ap polls were out. I'm surprised that USC is still in the top 10. But theres no way Penn State, Texas Tech, and BYU will stay in the top 10.

i think penn state is legit, too bad since paterno is gonna steal bobbys record. But anyway the orphanage is a great movie, i throughly enjoyed it, and was genuinely scared

Well we'll see its only week 4...alot more ball left to play. Also Is the orphanage out on blu-ray? I've been looking for a genuinely scary movie on blu-ray.

Hope your Blu decodes the lossless formats (DTS HD MA and Dolby TrueHD) 'cause last I checked that HT-AS720 doesn't. I was originally looking at that unit since I have Samsung gear (46" screen and BD-P1500) and wanted to match it all up. I ended up getting the Pioneer VSX-1018AH since it does decode those formats.

Anyway, enjoy whatever gear you get. Blu is fun!

Final piece of decor came in, these black acrylic/silver lettering signs I had made on eBay - they are every bit as beautiful as I would've imagined!

I have about $150 left of decor/modifications left to make - re-wiring the 2 rears for better placement according to Aramis' suggestion (which works using a test rigging I did with old 24gauge wire, but I need more wire to do it successfully) - maybe 2 more signs, pillows, some more of your rugs here and there - but my entertainment budget is currently at 0. No money left at all. Haven't bought a movie since Transformers, and can't even get Iron Man or the Universal Apatow pack this week. I am dead broke for fun stuff.
