I'm still having a hard time settling on my new "go to gun" on PVP. With the new tweaks, my old reliable of the Last Word and Thorn are pretty much out of the window. I was having some good runs with the Red Death for a while but after coming off for a couple of days and jumping back in, I found I wasn't winning nearly as many one on ones as I was before with the gun. Frustratingly so, can't tell if I'm rusty that fast or if backdoor tweaks are still happening behind the scenes.

Switched over to the Vex, found enemies were dropping quicker and easier but at any kind of range the gun is absolute pants and since pretty much all the new TTK maps are long corridors I couldn't find a way of making my game consistent with the Vex.

Think I'm gonna dust off my Hard Light, my first ever Exotic and see how I get on with that next time I jump on.

And great game! I was on edge the middle 1/3 of the game, but they got the 2 possession lead, and then Cutler-is-gonna-Cutler eventually happened to seal it lol. Plus Seattle going down in OT and more boneheadedness by Carroll, and I'm having a great day.

Supposedly you have to do 9 patrol missions for that to come up.

How did you manage that? I ask, because I did the same thing. Reading T&C, all purchases are final. I can get the $20 extras Tuesday, but would like to just buy the CE with everything now and not have to worry about it.

Think it was just done as a courtesy. Processing time was 3-5 days so unless the refund hits my wallet by tomorrow Im going to miss out on the pre order goodies.

I've seen the Servitor with the Wolf Scavengers on Mars twice now.
They all have ??? and you need to be 190 to fight 'em.

Well, I did all the available quests on my 3 guys, just have 1 more set of arms day weapons to do tonight and maybe some weekly's then I'm done again.

I leveled up the queen and got a level 40 butt rag, it has higher stats than the subclass quests ones.

Well Hardlight wasn't the answer, like the Vex at any kind of range the gun is a pile of crap, moreso with the ricochet bullets, you'd be better off just shooting off into the distance and hoping for the best. Also despite their stats and their perks, the Vex seems much stronger at a more suitable range so nothing seems to have improved for the Hardlight at all. I'm starting to run out of weapons here.

which version are you buying? I'm not sure about the SUROS pack but the other pre-order pack still applies for non-preorders for anything but the $40 upgrade.

I just hate the way they have done this, if a game is broken breaking it further is not the answer. I'm still getting one shotted down corridors from shotguns, people are still able to camp with the icebreaker, what has even improved? It's only going to get worse once the people who don't have jobs/lives spend the first week of TTK rinsing the high level content for the best gear to make Crucible seem even more unplayable and unfriendly.
