Speaking of which, to the people who keep saying they hope to get unaltered OT's when he dies? Not likely. She has a twitter and quite often lashes out at those who attack her father on the internet.
I had which daughter she was mixed up though. She's actually the youngest daughter.

And I don't think she's really being groomed. She just has the most interest in Star Wars of the 3.

That is why it will go to her most likely, she is the one showing interest and working with her father at Lucasfilm. Lucas has said he is keeping Lucasfilm's ownership family owned and operated and wouldn't let it become controlled from outside the family.

In 10 years 20somethings starting being nostalgic about watching the prequels in their youth. It will be strange to see.

She is a decent writer I have to admit. The Clone Wars episodes she wrote have been good.

I would have loved to have seen a new commentary track with Lucas and his kids on the series.

Agreed.

I downloaded a few episodes a couple weeks back (just to see if I liked them, I do plan on buying them on blu-ray now). There's a lot of politics involved in a lot of the stories.

I think it was season 3 i was watching, I would have been bored out of my mind for the majority of the episodes 7 or 8 years ago, but I found myself really enjoying them now.

I was NOT saying cartoons are for kids, damn. I was saying that telling someone they are NOT a fan because they do not watch the cartoon was stupid, I was also saying that just because something happens in the cartoon is not a good reason NOT to want to see something in the FILMS. NEVER did I ever say the cartoon was for kids. I made a snarky comment out of ANGER mostly sarcastic trying to prove a point than it escalated like everything else does when someone says anything in this thread.

really dude you need to read my post AGAIN. and not just ONE senetence out of context.

Are the PT immune from being part of cinematic history? Does the removal of the original Yoda puppet from the original release version not stand as sacrilege alongside the removal of the Sebastian Shaw being replaced by Hayden?

Look at yourself in the mirror, feel like hypocrites?

Well, whatever you say, the argument for the UOT has always been the preservation of history. That has just been dis-allowed on the PT with the removal of the puppet yoda. Be he good or bad, it was how the film was originally released. Should I start shouting for the UPT and start up a few websites, do a few fan films and become known across the fan forums for my outrage.

Hypocritical nonsense.

By the way, massive improvement on the god awful puppet LOL

This is probably the dumbest post ever. There's no rational way to look at the changes except for addressing them case-by-case. Anyone who just hates all the changes is irrationally biased as is anyone who likes all the changes. I personally only find Greedo shooting first to be the only objectionable change but even though I like 99% of the changes I may see something in these new Blu releases that I object to as well.

The only scene in TPM I really, really want changed is the underwater sequence. The "always a bigger fish" scene needs to be cut down. The small fish being attacked by the bigger fish and then ANOTHER smaller fish being attacked by another bigger fish. Just too long and too boring. I know they probably haven't cut it down though so I'll just have to deal with it.

See my post above. Changing historical versions of the OT is frowned upon, but you are all happy to have the historical version of PM changed dramatically. Who's post is the dumbest ever now? Thanks for your objective (read objectional) response to my post.
