BDA should just remove the print screen restriction. Format is cracked anyway not like someone needs to print screen a movie.

Not sure what you expected, the PQ of the Code Red DVD is so bad it actually has a disclaimer about the picture quality, and thats saying a lot for Code Red. Clearly the element was in very bad shape

From what slasherdisc described this sounds like a large upgrade from the DVD.

When you're promoting the movie saying how amazing it looks and how much color correction you did on it you would expect it to actually look color corrected.

Like Arrow's Nightmare City blu ray, sometimes the element is in such bad shape its not financially feasible to do frame by frame color correction. You can still do general color correction though, like Arrow did with that element and Dark Force did here reportedly. Gods Bloody Acre would be more niche than Nightmare City, even, with a company with smaller budget behind it, too

I watched the clip yesterday - seemed tolerable, though I think the price point should be lower.

Nightmare City looks miles better then what was posted. Plus you also get two transfers of the same film on that disc for those that don't want the film damaged version.

Comments like these make me think you've never actually seen this movie before in any format.

There are many day for night shots in God's Bloody Acre with heavy blue tint applied. The DVD also has blue tint in these day for night scenes.

The color "pulsing" seen in the previous daytime DF videos that included the forest scene and the truck is inherent in the theatrical print used, and again is also present in the DVD.

The DVD also appears to have tons more print damage than the Blu does from the videos posted.

In terms of grain the DVD has a tiny bit, not much though. Aside from Slasherdisc's report that the Blu-ray has a decent grain field I can't say how this part compares to the DVD until I get the Blu myself.

Its also not wise to judge color or detail from phone videos because of all the variables - TV settings, phone camera settings and post processing/compression, social media compression, etc.
