It really is fantastic. I don't even own the movies and your work almost makes me want to add them to my collection

That's some seriously awesome work, especially re-authoring the discs etc as well. Amazing job!

Something I whipped up, a nice shelf saver of the OT for when Harmy releases the 1080p restorations. Didn't put in any tech specs though as they would cover up the artwork.

Here's a Jurassic Park trilogy set I've been working on. I love the posters for these films and used them as the basis for each design.
PM for links.

You would think for a custom cover you would omit the large and numerous rating labels Nice art though.

I like the inclusion of the ratings logo actually. Makes it look legitimate

Yes true in for UK, but I think he's from the US. We don't have the same ratings on the artwork.

Anyone making a 3D + BD cover for the UK release of Infinity War? I would greatly appreciate it!

Has anyone ever made single cases for Friday the 13th parts 5-8 based on the newer artwork designs like these? I would love to have these to have more "official" looking individual cases to go along with my parts 1-4.

While it could be great, those movies come 2 per disc, so I doubt it would make sense to do it.

Folks could own two copies of the films, own the German editions, may have taken the double features and then authored their own single editions, or some may just like the look of the cases/artwork as a decorative piece for a film display. Plenty of reasons to do it.

That's how I see it. I have the Race with the Devil/Dirty Mary Crazy Larry double disc in a Race with the Devil custom case that was created and shown in this thread.

Rating logos are ugly period, the German ones are by far the worst but I don't like those from UK too, North American covers are legitimates but don't need those huge numbers to ruin the artwork.

I didn't knew they released them in Germany. They are in Mediabooks, wow.

I knew that, for example, Spain had JGTH in a single blu-ray too, but I wasn't expecting that.

The creator of the artwork is from the UK, and I am too, so I was just talking from our perspective. I know the US don't have them but it just looks wrong to me haha

So, I decided to give making some covers a shot. Let me make it clear, by no means am I trying to imply at all that these are anywhere near the amazing quality that I've seen on here, I just figured since I made them, put them up in case anyone ever comes looking for the same. Since most of the disc labels in the DC Animated set are Black and White (black and transparent, however you choose to look at it), and it came with a coloring book with all the cover art, I decided to go for a more simple, inksaver approach. Like I said before, since there's 32 discs, I went for 4 covers for 8-Disc cases.
