my life and how it sucks to a degree but at least I'm alive though I do occasionally think I'd be better off dead but I would like to live a little longer and hopefully be a Poet and Author and make a living as that but dreams may never happen.

There was a car in my neighborhood with Hawaii plates. I'm in New Jersey. When was that tunnel between Hawaii and the mainland built?

Why is the mother of my child roadblocking my move out of this hell hole state. She has said many times she can't be a good mother, we both know the kid would rather be with me, and I told her I won't hold her responsible for child support and will even share custody even though we'll be 900miles away. Now she's threatening to have my parental rights revoked. I'm about to throw my hands up and give in but I just can't do that to my daughter.

That said a unemployed veteran with severe PTSD & undiagnosed mental issues may not favor her in the eyes of a judge that's looking in the best interest of the child.

Lol, I knew I had said something about this but I thought it was on a different message board. No, it was another car. It's just that this fascinates me to no end. GoldRanger said they were likely military, which makes sense, but the cars I've seen, which I'm spotting more and more of (Alaska, too) are old beat up cars. Wouldn't it be better if they ditched those old cars and just leased new ones?

Yeah, I'd understand if they were classic or muscle cars that are difficult to find.
But bringing over a wrecker, good money could be better spent elsewhere.

As a military brat, we moved all over - even Europe - and had our cars shipped with us. Army pay means you keep your car when you move if the army ships it free. Most soldiers don't make enough to buy a new car every time they move. It's no mystery.

Getting ready to start a new job in about a week and I’m super stressed about it.

It’s one of those things where you’re trying to take a step up the ladder and you’re really excited when you get it, but then it’s like, “Sh@t...now what?”

It’s a more mentally challenging position for sure, with a ton of new information to absorb and process. I’m questioning whether or not I can even do it or be good at it.

I’m already missing my old job and it’s not even over yet. It was something that I was perfect for, but there was no future in it. My life has gone from being very low stress to very high stress in a very short amount of time.

...it sucks.
