My first time not wearing a mask in public like 99% of people in my area and I missed it.

IDK what was in the hot as hell summer air but every cashier I dealt with today was super nice to me.

Yeah it's super hot when it's not even 6 AM and it's already 70 degrees. No idea how some crazy people are wearing jackets and jeans in this weather. Never mind wearing all of that and a mask while riding their bicycles down the street in the hot sun. Can you say heat stroke?

The only people still wearing Winter gear in my area are the homeless lol. They're all still walking around in parkas and hoodies. Just looking at them makes me sweat. Looks like I'm going to need at least a hoodie this weekend - the weather is turning much cooler. Thank goodness.

You must know why they are still wearing their winter gear...it's because it's sometimes the best way for them to manage/carry their belongings. Wearing multiple changes of clothes, out of season coats is the option vs a backpack or luggage.

Spending time in my town with the Salvation Army mobile "soup" kitchen, we got an opportunity to spend time with the homeless. Going to where they camp or congregate, it helped to understand their challenges and obstacles.

Wondering if I should sell a watch that I haven't had sized yet. I got it from Zales.com last year not long after COVID started. I was at the restaurant and I heard the owner say "sales" and that made me think to check Zales. The watch was original $1,010 and it was on sale for 50% off and much to my surprise, I got another 20% off once I added it to the cart and checked out.
So now it's do I call Zales about getting it sized or do I sell it? Hmmmmm

You change the theme in the settings. Mine is dark.

Yeah, I toggled around a bit but didn't like the dark one. I just liked their previous white one with the various blue accents or whatever.

wondering if FCE will work on my mac Pro and if I have it in storage or need to buy a copy. FC pro HD doesn't work with my JVC DVHS VCR using firewire. I had it working with the G5 but can't remember which final Cut. If all fails I have my capture card in the storage unit I will be getting soon. So much for tinker with this today.

I liken it to going to war and then coming home to peace time. Even though what we experienced wasn't anything near the level of post traumatic stress from combat experience, it was a collective one worldwide.

If one were going to cause a bunch of mental problems, then continuously telling people of "The Invisible Enemy" that can kill you from just breathing is just about a perfect choice.

The pretty girl at the eye doctor yesterday told me she was going to violate me right before she made me put my face on that measurement machine. I imagine a less attractive girl wouldn't get away with saying that to people lol. Working 6-2:30 today, going to change in the locker room at work and then drive directly to the start point for my weekday running route. Running 10 miles today and it's brutally hot so I want to get started ASAP, will not be going home beforehand. Just take some chilled water and hydrate frequently and then go home. We're severely shorthanded at work so I will make up for leaving right at 2:30 today by working a bonus shift tomorrow till at least 2:30, don't want to stay later than 4 lol.
