Star Wars just brings the worst and most pathetic out of people.

Well... some people. Also the best most admirable in others, I find.

That and the fact that he had only been a member since today. He obviously came prepared.

Saw it this morning and I loved it! Feels like I was watching Star Wars all over again. I did not get that feeling when I watch the prequels. Star Wars is back

That, or just give the wrong person a little anonymity and they will surely abuse it.
Sad, but this is the social media driven society we live in these days.
Thankfully the good far outweigh the bad.

Disagreeing about Lucas, or the prequels, is one thing...but what idiots like that do is just a burden the rest of society has to deal with.

Something about anger leading to hate...

Thumbs up Next... Rogue One (December 16, 2016)

I don't know, I have to disagree on all points.

for me.

I can't believe I was able to watch what felt like the first real Star Wars film since I sat in a theater in 1983 watching RotJ. John William's score was right on point. I think his family must be really proud of him for this one. The VFX, story arc, new (and old) characters, humor, suspense, and drama were all fantastic and all played together very well. I have to go watch it again.

I went with my wife to watch it Thursday (my second time) and both of us loved it, and agreed that this was a great Star Wars film, and the franchise is better off without George Lucas.

But that's just me.
On Christmas Day I'm treating a good old friend of mine to his FIRST showing of this, as he has been too busy, of which I cannot explain, but I'm truly excited to see it again, yes again. I'm letting dear old time take it's course and having my first viewing sink in. Watching it again with a good old friend that I grew up with is already a really great gift. If I had it my way, Disney/Lucasfilms should hold onto December as Star Wars month. I know Rogue One is next December and the cast is looking great already yet, December feels like that right time of year to see any type of Star Wars film I would of liked to see a December 15 or even December 22 as the release date for Episode VIII, but I know May IS Star Wars tradition, and May 26, 2017 will be quite something, can't wait.

Gareth Edwards and Rian Johnson, don't let us down... May The Force Be With You.

So you liked The Force Awakens? I freaking loved it. Started up my own movies Blog yesterday and posted a review there for it. I saw it Thursday night, this morning, and I'm going to see it again tomorrow morning! Abrams nailed it. And I still love the Prequels. I love all of the films and The Force Awakens is a fine continuation of the Saga. Now bring me the next two Episodes! And Rogue One while we're at it.

bluray_girl_fan, crankysteve, Range_Joe whatever you are calling yourself now.

Please go away. You are a sad, pathetic person to continue to make account after account to troll an internet forum. Grow up and move on with your life.

Oh it's the same guy from yesterday...

I wouldn't even mind, but it's not even creative or interesting trolling. It's just some sour guy from ages ago. Honestly wouldn't be surprised if it was Remake, but that one's already back as Feeling22.

I like it very much! If I was into ranking the films, I would have a tough time deciding whether VII or IV got the #2 spot behind V.
Also it's the first time I've been in the theatre for a few years, so the presentation alone was off the charts, for me.
I definitely walked out of that theatre wanting more!

Just got back from seeing it a third time. I swear, I won't be seeing it again!

Until I get paid next week that is! Haven't had this much fun with a movie in years.

To the idiot trying to ruin everyone's fun with idiotic spoilers and racism, kindly stop. This is a friendly and tolerant community and we do not need morons like you bringing it down.
