Today, mainly thinking of the late, great actor Michael K. Williams, who just died at age 54. He's best known for his roles in The Wire, Lovecraft Country, and Boardwalk Empire. My favorite role was as Chalky White, gangster/leader of the African-American community in Boardwalk Empire. One of the most underrates actors of his generation, in my opinion.

hey thanks, I was worried a little bit, since a friend of mine, both she and her daughter who had BOTH been vaccinated, got COVID, they're fine now, but with a small percentage of folk getting an infection despite getting the shot, had me scared.

I still can't get over the strong At&T cell reception I get in these Kentucky backcountry campsites. Where I used to go in the Adirondacks back in NY I always had to drive MILES back into civilization just to call/text someone. Not sure how I really feel about this, in one way in case of an emergency its a good thing but on the other hand I come out here for the solitude and don't need to hear my phone notifications go off every 5mins. Guess I could just turn it off until I actually need it but still the temptation is there.

That could be your problem....if the houses in your neighborhood are worth far less than the 150k you are seeking (at least listed for), then it's usually difficult to be the highest price home on the block.

Do you have before and after pics of some of the improvements you've made? Of course you should create a list of all the improvements to go with the one sheet you are giving ppl that are visiting the home

But, I agree too it's time to take it off the market for X period of time and then relist again. We found ppl did not care of the color of our two front rooms (dining room and living room), so we repainted them a neutral tan color (which we thought looked like an "old lady" color...so blah). The house sold shortly after we did the repainting

Hopefully the before/during remodeling pics aren't in the listing, that can confuse buyers.

Have you tried the major discounted listing sites? Since your realtor can't seem to move the house, try redfin.

The problem is you along with everyone else listed their homes because prices are insane right now, with a glut of inventory no one is going to particularly look in areas as you said have homes in a decaying and depressed state.

It stinks but that is rule one of buying a home imo, is buy into the best neighborhood you can afford. You can always add on or fix up a house, but you can not make the land it sits on more valuable.

What determines the selling price of homes in your area?

Where I am, it's all about school districts. The better your school district, the more your home will cost. For example, if you have the same exact house in Herricks and in Elmont, using fake numbers, the Herricks house will cost $500,000 while that same exact house, if located in Elmont, will cost about $350,000. Herricks in one of the top school districts while Elmont is pretty low.

I just mean those houses might have something you can't see that is worth more than yours.

I can't figure out if I got the chests in the first part of Majin and The Forsaken Kingdom and if I didn't do I have to restart the game for that trophy and 2 other trophies which are connected. Also would it work to have another or different save files for the trophies to get. I thought this game would be easy for the trophies but it looks like I would have to use a walkthrough from the start not to miss anything.

oh well I was planning at another to replay this even if I haven't finished it yet like Folklore its enjoyable.

bumped into aa neighbor asking me how I was doing, she said I was looking thinner, in a not so good way (yes, my diet has turned to eating less, a LOT less, which I realize is not healthy and getting sick didn't help). Waiting for a COVID test results, I feel so, so, so, SO tired.

how I can get to KY get the last of my stuff and my money I left within the next few months of this year. I don't want to wait anymore but having problems medically come first but I should still be able to on a weekend and get the final carload and figure out the furniture later.

Its ironic how you're trying to get back in this state while I'm trying to get out lol Don't get me wrong I don't mind living here but I miss being close to family and friends more and to be honest the County I'm living in has to be the most expensive and most boring place in the state. Doesn't help that the whole reason I'm down here (my GF) is currently in Michigan for work through the end of the year. I knew this move was a mistake when she was laid off a month after I got here.
