Having ever more subscription streaming services, each with one or more studios backing them, gives the consumer some interesting advantages. All of this competition pressures prices downward, or at least helps to keep them stagnant, and it makes it easy to play the competing services against each other. A person can bounce from one free, or low cost, introductory offer to another while also lowering their personal costs by sharing accounts.

I have never had so many subscription streaming options and I do not have to pay for any of them thanks to account sharing which is permitted by all of these services in one form or another.

Not forgetting the coming avalanche of ad supported freebies coming in the next year.

I'm currently on episode 3 of Love Life via HBO MAX. I think the video and audio look and sound terrific. I'm ok with the interface, too.

I’m currently watching The Joker on UHD. It looks absolutely superb and sounds crisp and immersive. I’m ok with Pizza too.

Watched Prometheus UHD BD last night and it was amazing.

I have been watching or rewatching all my UHD BD and life has never been better.

The current social distancing situation works for me. Now that the weather is good things are really going great.

I actually hate warm weather. I dread this time of year to be honest. It’s an endurance test for me. My time of year is October-March. It looks like May is going to be a summer month going forward which fills me with dread.
Give me wind, cold biting fresh air and I’m happy.

The only good thing about summer is the scantily clad woman.

I know some people like it cold. We had a snow storm earlier this month and we are loving the warmer weather. I have a pool which was use-able for the first time yesterday. I still prefer summer to winter but maybe that will change in time. Thankfully, where I am I get both.... but more winter than summer.

It’s just my genetic make up. I find it unbearable and it makes me miserable. I now have to go to work at a packed beach and park.
June and July are going to be a drag. Will be glad when all the kids get back to school in September and more people are back to work. it will be much quieter then.

I'd take fall right now if I thought my kids were "go"-ing back to school.

I have 2 kids home round the clock now and one of them has friends that have starting doing things like there's no virus and the other has no friends that are willing to do things even zero contact things.

Safe to say I'd like last year back now please. But, it has been interesting and not horrible in it's own endearing way. It's a bit of a reset like a category 5 hurricane. There's uncertainty at first. When you think it's over and safety is once again something you might assume, you can re-assess how you feel about everything.

Besides the fact that I detest being cold, in the winter my electric bills more than double. That's money that could be going to disc purchases!

Only doing half days work wise but because of the heat feels like a normal day. Its the same every year when the sun kicks in. The year is flying over until I get into late May and then it seems to draaaaaag until September.

Wait until you are retired; your perception of how time passes may change dramatically. If not for Tuesday being when most discs are released, I would probably not even know what day of the week it was without checking.

It has been around 80 degrees here, but it has also rained off and on every single day for about a week now. I enjoy a good kaboomy thunderstorm once in awhile, but this daily intermittent cloud pissing has become tiresome. Thankfully, the weather is perfect in my home theater.
