That was supposed to start in October. Looks like they slowed the mail down earlier than expected or it’s going to get even worse come October.

I almost can't imagine it getting worse. Things were back to normal (for me) around spring and early summer of this year, now we're back to early pandemic levels of slow.

I forget the name of the song playing right now but I think it's Summer Day. I only learned it was Sheryl Crow the last time that I heard it here at Habit. It's a nice song.

Went into my local Office Depot for the first time in forever and it doesn't look too hot. The floors looked very dirty. They need a good buffer. I was the only customer on a Sunday afternoon.

They had a display of big hand sanitizer bottles for 50 cents! I was shocked because they ended up ringing up 10 cents! But was disappointed because when I used some, it left behind weird white stuff.. like if you rubbed glue on your hand and it peeled. Not cool. There is no expiration date on the bottle either.

But the guy working was attractive and immediately opened up one of the side registers so I didn't have to walk to the main one.

trying to plan how to pack a car using only memory and pictures of stuff. I think I can fit everything save the furniture in the car to bring back from the storage. I will have to make sure on the extra day to see if I need to donate anything and how to pack everything to fit.

My sister just got laid off this week, right after her 60th birthday. She wasn't the only one. 25 people total. Her company has been sold twice so far in the last two years.

Also found out more layoffs at the place I used to work and was laid off from last year. It is like they are slowly letting people go. Also heard that the VP is retiring at the end of the year. I think the new company that purchased them is making him retire. All the female executives "retired early" last year.

Wondering how much money I would have made if I had monetized my one YouTube clip that got a quarter million views. But I remember finding it complicated when I read the steps.

You need 1,000 subscribers to monetize your videos with ads.

Well poo, I only have 320.

Watching the Japanese Monster DVDs with fan-subtitles. Fansubbers are mostly morons. Why the hell would you subtitle the Czechoslovakian speech in episode 42? Grimmer wouldn't know what they are saying. The Japanese viewers wouldn't know.

I've returned orders to Amazon every now and then. A few times they acknowledge they've received the return, then nothing. It's like it just disappears. So I have to contact them to get the refund since I do have a paper trail.

There seem to be members on here who exist just to find a post they disagree with so they can fight. I don't understand that mentality.

Keyboard Cowboys. Forum Fighters. They have a miserable life and want to envelope others into it. Just ignore them.

I am wondering if I should take my back seat out and if that would help me more in the long run for my trip to the storage unit. If the 2015 Ford Fiesta is like the others it shouldn't be to hard to remove the back seat and gaining some more inches.
