How do you even spawn them on your own? Every time the taken appear for me, they disappear before a big guy shows up. I just assumed I was not killing them fast enough, because a few times when I got lucky and a few others happened to be around, we got it done.

You kill enough Taken, a "Taken Lieutenant" will spawn. Kill him. Kill three Taken Lieutenants (one after the other, sometimes they spawn at the same time) and then the Zealot will spawn. He's the big fella.

Just random timer but you have to kill the adds within a certain time limit or they run away.

Just got Immobius. Titan Class specific shotgun from the gunsmith. Only 280 attack, but that will soon change. It's solar, has Surrounded, hand loaded/field scout/oiled frame, and Bouncer (kills inside Ward of Dawn with Armor of Light do not expend ammo).

Just get as high as I can on the map and snipe all the taken I see, and shotgun the Lieutenants once I see them once enough of them fall the Champion shows up.

Sorry about bailing so quickly after. I had already been postponing dinner for a while, so if I didn't do that NF right then and there, it would have had to wait until after the raid.

Your reward looked kinda crappy, too...but at least it can be used to infuse something better.

I said to myself that I was going to "retire" from Destiny way before the expansion was even announced. I was never one of those folks that ***** and moaned about all the issues of Destiny, just the typical "spirited" talks with my peers. Deleted the game, uninstalled the Destiny Item manager, stop logging on, and stop watching IGNS fireteam chats.

Then the reviews came, the quality of life improvement fixes,and then the patch notes. Bungie has me by the balls with this game. Came back to Bungie with my tail behind my legs and whimpering to get out of the rain and cold.

Now $60 bucks out of my bank account. I am sorry Bungie. I am ......

Hope everyone is having fun. Truly what the game should have been. See ya in Orbit.
