Any of you watch Blu-rays on curved monitors? How much you like or dislike it?

Thanks.

Second time this month I buy something from Amazon and it's much smaller than I would've liked. I only shop online these days for convenience so I suppose it's a tradeoff I'll have to live with.

Not a monitor, but I had a curved Samsung 50" TV for awhile.
I no longer have a curved TV

annoyed with how things are going here with management and maintenance. I have 3 issues in the bathroom that need addressing but haven't been and I can't pay the rent through rent cafe for some reason. All my payment info and ability has been removed so I have to talk to the office which is annoying.

Also I know my aunties are old but why do they remember some things and not others? LIke one I sent a short story to years ago doesn't remember ever reading one when she said it was good... Or now I could be mistaken and my memory is bad but I am pretty sure she read it. this annoys me somewhat but they are old so maybe the memories are lost to the sands of time or something.

I think the memory may be there, but the ability to recall gets more difficult. I liken it to a hard drive, where it just gets more and more cluttered and stuffed.

It's why I had a dream recently where one of my childhood schoolmates, whom I haven't actively thought about in probably 40 years, was there...name, likeness, voice, mannerisms, etc.etc.....just as though it was yesterday.

Anyone ever try the oatmeal at Mickey D's? It's actually pretty good even without the "flavor accents". I'm trying to eat healthier these days.

I never used to like the consistency of oatmeal or grits having always had the instant variety. My girlfriend recently turned me onto to all-natural oats with a table spoon of Hershey cocoa powder and sliced banana blended in. She often substitutes a Tsp of honey for the cocoa powder. Surprisingly quick & easy, tastes good and is healthy, I'll never go back to processed or instant crap again

Wondering if my old man is going to regret his decision to leave his mother so quickly. The suspicion from the hospice people is that her end has come and she will be leaving this mortal coil over night. Whether he regrets his decision or not will be on him I just know I regretted leaving my dog when she died and vowed to never make that mistake again. I have no connection to his mother she never really cared about me one way or the other and the feeling is mutual so I'm meh on whether she lives another day or passes on but still.

Now what bothers me isn't his leaving it's his statement when I asked him why it was simply "Well there's nothing that be done so oh well" and it made me wonder how many other things, people, etc he's applied that logic to. Since he's also likes to treat everything like it's a non issue hm...

hopefully it all works out. glasses and the whole thing is kinda of annoying to deal with but it's one of those necessary evils that we can't live without or be blind as a bat in some cases.

Questioning whether applying to jobs at all is a waste of time it's a question made worse by all the "entry level requirements of 20 years of experience, a Doctorate in antelope sex and a Masters in the economics of ant eating".

My dad's mother just died not sure what's going through his head but there's nothing to really say. I had no connection to her nor any grudge it was just nothing like a stranger passing on the street.

I got to see two recently released horror movies this weekend, Halloween Kills (disc release) and Scream 5 (theatrical debut). Scream 5 being the better and more entertaining horror movie.
