I go to my local library. I log into one of the public computers, print it from there, where it sends it to the front desk, I pay my 25 cents and they click on it and send it to the printer. They never see what it is. I pick it up off the copier/printer myself.

Took 5 minutes and whipped up the below using the image you posted.

Are there larger images of the steelbook online? If so, one could create a higher quality version suitable for printing.
