Damn, HMV has lousy shipping.

Received my triple play steelbook last week and its all dented.

Anybody here experience with HMV after sales ??

Personally, i prefer the amazon packaging. HMV has too much room left and the cardboard is thinner than that of amazon.

Play.com sends its steelbooks in bubblewrap, why cant HMV too ?? especially for orders overseas. . . . .

Not true.. play.com is the worse of all.. they use a paper to send the SB.. no protection at all

Sorry to hear you got it dented.

I was lucky mine arrived dent free but the slim carboard box was really crappy. I thaught for sure before I opened it that it would be damaged.

Well i just opened the steelbook and the spine just broke off.

Even the disc holders inside are torn.

I have got a steelbook now in 3 pieces. Everything is broken except the discs.

Anybody got a spare triple play edition ?

Got the two versions, different orders and same packaging, both in mint condition. Only thing is that my double play has a lose disk. My experience with HMV so far has been good, no dents (knock on wood)

This is sold out now according to the web site but my Husband saw some of both versions in HMV Southend on Sea, Essex (in UK) if anyone wants one and can get there.

Heads up to anyone after this still, hmv in exeter have two double play steels and two triple play steels. All £19.99 except one of the triples is £22.99

I imported the Double Play to Canada and of course the DVD doesn't work here. Was wondering if anyone imported the Futureshop version into the UK and would like to trade the DVD movie with me so we each have one that works?
