You could always make an offer - can't hurt If it was me selling I probably wouldn't accept less than the current asking price, and definitely no less than $30, especially with the free shipping. Realistically I would have priced it even higher though, especially considering the set appears to be complete. Or you could wait till Disney digs it out of the vault...

I bought my copy of Sleeping Beauty used from the amazon marketplace for around $6. No slipcover and the case wasn't the greatest, but I just wanted the movie.

As for a complete set that's a solid deal. It probably won't get much cheaper than that with the slipcover included.

Well to be fair, the one you linked to is actually $20 after shipping, but that's still a much better deal. I don't think this was available when I posted the other one. The auction does say the slipcover is included, so it looks like a really good deal to me It's possible that this one doesn't include the bonus DVD (which comes in its own cardboard single disc sleeve with cover art -- shown in the one I posted). But I wouldn't pay that much extra for a DVD, so it looks like this one is an even better deal unless you want to be sure you're getting the "whole package."

Additionally, I personally like to see an actual picture of the slipcover and of the item in general in an Ebay auction because I don't really trust sellers (especially after numerous times of having received no slipcover, and I realized that no matter how many ways you describe what a slipcover is, or even if you link to pictures, you'll still end up not getting one sometimes). Some people think slipcover = cover art or something else.

There is one new Sleeping on Amazon for $250.00 BUT shipping is free.

This one for $20 including shipping is pretty good. Makes me want to pick it up.

eBay France auction

Auction is for new, sealed copies of the 2-disc Region-ABC French Deluxe Edition. Seller has 10+ copies available @ EUR 11.99 + EUR 4.00 for US shipping (which equals US$20.xx using current exchange rates). You can use your regular eBay/PayPal account to buy from eBay France, so don't worry about having to create a new account. It took only 6 days for it to arrive from Arnouville, France to Washington State when I bought a copy from them.

The French "Deluxe Edition" release is uncut (with a runtime of 2:24:34, compared to the US PG-13 version's 2:24:12 and the UK BBFC-12 version's 2:24:20) and the movie disc is identical to the Dutch release (of which there is a BDInfo scan.) The menus for both discs are completely in English, so there won't be any problems playing the movie or accessing the special features. There are no forced subtitles for any of the content.

Note that the cover art is in French, which also means that the spine text is oriented "backwards" as compared to US/UK releases. Below are some images of the item so you can see what you'd be getting:
