Likewise Al. I pre-ordered this from amazon.uk the minute it showed up. Been looking forever for a "True Blu" Blade Runner briefcase. Amazon resellers all just bought the HDDVD ones and put blu's in them

am i the only one who doesn't like the suitcase? i don't like all those gift set things, i just want the movie lol anything extra like that just takes up space

Honestly to me it's too much like the Blade Runner thing but I get what they were going for when they designed it.

Both movies are owned by Warner Brothers. You can see where the concept of the suitcase came from.

Yup. I wonder which movie will get a case like that next. So glad it got a Mexican steelbook, I mean I live right across the border so hopefully I will get it quickly and the shipping won't cost an arm and a leg.

I'll be sticking that smaller box on my shelf. The case will go somewhere on my desk or dresser.

I usually do not go for special cases and editions, but this is too enticing. It might be the beginning of the itch to buy more

I LOVE that the briefcase comes with Cobb's token...or should I say Mal's token. It would be pretty cool if they made it to the exact specs as the one used in the movie to see just how long that thing would have rolled. I kinda went nuts over this movie & saw it 5 times so...might have to breakdown & grab this deluxe edition.

well judging by the space around the Blu Ray movie my guess would be add 2 inches to the top and bottom of a Blu and an inch on each side so like 10 1/2 or 11 inches by 7 1/2 or 8 inches just a guess

If the US doesn't get a suitcase set, I will be really mad. Then maybe import. UK Blu-Rays are usually Region Free, right?

It's being released by Warner Bros. All of their titles released in the UK have been region free (that I know of) so it should be identical to the US release in terms of PQ and AQ and it should be region free.
