I would assume the 2021 US BD is identical to the 2011 US BD, which is also identical to the 2014 US BD.

The caps in the previous post compare the 2011 US BD to the 2021 Dutch disc.

This site shows the earlier, 2011 & 2014 editions as having English, English SDH, Spanish for subtitles.

The cover of my copy says "Collector's Edition" in the bottom left corner, like the 2014 edition's thumbnail shows, but the "Digital Copy" text along the front top of mine, along with the fact that the digital copy was for iTunes only, would indicate that it's the 2011 edition.

I can't believe there's still no 4K release for this.
