MOTHER F**KERS! I purposely ordered two. I have several Zelda fans in my family (Including my fiancé) who were VERY excited that I managed to get two of them. At least you're getting ONE copy, I couldn't get it in time before it sold out and had to settle on the Special Edition. What annoys me is, with the cancellations why didn't Amazon re-open pre-orders?

I would think it's more of a Nintendo problem than an Amazon problem.

More or less...

Nintendo (a month ago): "You're getting 10,000 units."
Amazon (a month ago): "Okay, open up 10,000 orders."
Nintendo (now): "All right, here are your 1,000 units."
Amazon (now): "Oh, dear."

I've pre-ordered lots of things from Amazon, and the only time I've ever had real trouble is when it concerns Nintendo products. They never produce enough to meet demand. Best Buy had the Pro Controller and Joy-Con Charger grip up for literally days, I'll be shocked if all of those orders actually get fulfilled.

The accessories at Best Buy are still up now. They all went back up a week or two ago, a couple may have sold out since then.

Because there is nothing left to sell, they didn't get as many as they expected and some apparently were stolen.

Well apparently GameStop is getting a new shipment of Switches for their midnight release.

I don't think those are "new" per se. I think those were systems that were allotted to GameStop that they held back in order to force bundles.

Well one of the employees told Spawn Wave it's a new shipment (however that employee could have lied).

It's being released on the same day for both systems. What's there to wait for?
Even if you get it for Wii U, you're still waiting for March 3rd. There is no playing "now"

It's sold out everywhere. If you didn't get a pre-order, the chances of getting a console at launch are extremely low.

A few even had some SE and ME Zelda copies allocated.
