United Kingdom Hart to Hart on Great! tv (Season Three)

The episodes of Hart to Hart on Great! tv for the third season, there is some confusion with the order the episodes are being shown in, and the episode numbers. Have noticed this tonight when checking the Sky TV listings for this coming Wednesday onwards.

Update: Have updated the list of episodes being shown on Great! tv this coming Thursday and Friday (five posts up from the bottom of the previous page of this thread).

United Kingdom Murder, She Wrote post-series TV films on Great! tv

I think it's because my mind has been elsewhere the last few days (distracted), but even though I'd made a note that next Monday is the last UK public holiday/bank holiday until Christmas, when checking the Sky TV listings for next Monday earlier, I'd forgot that there probably wouldn't be any Hart to Hart: Season 3 episodes on Great! tv next Monday lunchtime-afternoon. And that is indeed correct, instead the post-series TV films of Murder, She Wrote are being shown on the channel (but not in the order they originally aired on US TV):

Monday 26th August:

The Last Free Man (TV film 3), airing at 11 am - 12.55 pm

The Celtic Riddle (TV film 4) Dame Angela Lansbury's last appearance as Jessica Fletcher), airing at 1.05 pm - 3 pm

South by Southwest (TV film 1), airing at 3 pm - 4.55 pm

A Story to Die For (TV film 2), airing at 5.05 pm - 7 pm.

Source: Sky TV listings, EpGuides and TV & Satellite Week (Saturday 24th to Friday 30th August, 2024).

Default Wanted: Dead or Alive (Steve McQueen) and Wild West Chronicles season 4!

Have been browsing the TV guide this evening and noted that the Great Action channel has just started the classic Wanted: Dead or Alive (starring Steve McQueen in his first major role) running every weekday, twice a day, two episodes around 5pm which are then repeated around noon the following weekday.

In the UK only half of the first season was released on DVD and I have that set and have been hoping to see more of the show for years!

And in more good news, the excellent Wild West Chronicles is currently having a rapid rerun of seasons 1 to 3 on the same channel ready for...

Season 4 which starts on Monday 16th September at 5.50pm.

Need to make some room on my Virgin box for these!

The first two episodes of Wanted: Dead or Alive are being shown again on Great! Action tomorrow lunchtime (have set them to record). Will sample a few episodes. I'm unsure how much of the series was released on DVD in the States (in the back of my mind, either there was a backdoor pilot for another western series on Wanted: Dead or Alive, or/and it has a backdoor pilot on another show previously).

Great stuff about the upcoming fourth season of Wild West Chronicles. I would assume that with this new season, Great! Action will show it in the same order as in the US (it begins over there this coming Wednesday (September 4th). Two episodes will have premiered in the US before it starts on UK TV.

Thanks for posting about this (very welcome).

According to my Virgin "crystal ball", they then show episodes 3 and 4 of season 2 (The Matchmaker and Breakout) on Friday 27th before returning to the beginning on 30 September. Hopefully they will continue with season 2 at a later point.

That's disappointing then. Reminds me of what ITV4 did with the original Magnum, P.I., showing up to the first few episodes of it's fifth season before going back to the beginning. But like with that series, hopefully Great! action do a similar thing with Wanted: Dead or Alive, once they've repeated the episodes they've already shown, they'll show the remainder of the series.

When checking Great! action's listings on Sky TV earlier I saw that next Friday afternoon-evening, the channel will have got back to the same point (Season 2, Episodes Three and Four). Has the crystal ball seen anything beyond this point in the second season of Wanted: Dead or Alive?

According to the crystal ball....
You will meet a dark stranger
Actually, it says that the channel returns to the first episode again on the following Monday...

PS the crystal ball also has the Sir Christopher Lee documentary listed as something completely different, rather bizarrely, so it seems to need a bit of a shake...
